Returns

If you receive a damaged item:

->to report a damaged item, please email us within 5 days of receiving and we will see if your item can be replaced: lilyandashboutique@gmail.com

 

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

Please note that certain products/items have certain eligibility for returns/exchanges. The following are deemed "final sale" and are not eligible:

-Items marked as steal of the day, door buster, sale, special, or any item discounted (this includes items marked in the "sale" section of our site)

-All jewelry (due to sanitary reasons)

-Bralettes/bodysuits (due to sanitary reasons)

-Items for your head (hats, sunglasses, headbands,etc; due to sanitary reasons)

-Any sort of "body care product"  (bath bombs, lotions etc.)

-Graphic tees/sweatshirts

-preorder items (as all items are ordered custom for you)

-items marked final sale

If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, we will contact you and you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge of $6. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days the items will be donated to charity.

**please note that customers are limited to 5 items returned in a rolling 60 day period, if an item is received beyond the 5 it will be donated to charity**

If you have an eligible item please follow these steps:
First, contact us (via email) before sending the item back to ensure that your return is eligible. Items must be postmarked no later than 10 days after you receive the item. No exceptions.

Items need to be unworn/new condition/tags on. This includes but is not limited to items free from stains, cigarette smoke, and alterations of any sort.

->Please note that if an item arrives to us in any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject/refuse the return at our discretion.


->Note that the customer is responsible for return shipping and any original shipping charges are not refunded.


->The customer will receive store credit once the item(s) are in our hands; you cannot claim an item to exchange until your original item is received

->order cancellations will be in the form of shop credit only and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
